Order Processing

• All orders (Prepaid & COD) are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after payment or COD order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• If there are any unexpected delays (e.g., stock issues, verification requirements), we’ll notify you via email or phone.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery Time: Delivery timelines are based on your pin code and our courier partner's availability.
• On average, orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days, but this may vary depending on your location and external factors.
• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Charges

• FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹59 will apply.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of cancellations or returns (except in case of damaged or incorrect items).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes based on courier availability.
• A nominal COD fee of ₹49 may apply at checkout.
• COD orders will be processed only after confirmation via call/SMS/email.

Delivery Issues & Exceptions

• Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery issues.
• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery may be attempted or the parcel may be returned to us.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are only available within India.
