Sunny Toys Return & Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Sunny Toys! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we've streamlined our return process to make it as easy as possible for you.

365-Day Warranty Sunny Toys stands behind the quality of its products with a 365-day warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

30-Day Exchange & Return Policy We accept returns, exchanges, or credits within 30 days of receipt for unsatisfactory products. Please note:

  • Returns or exchanges are only eligible for a one-time process per order.
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
  • If we made an error, such as delivering incorrect or defective items, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
  • If the return is due to an error on your part, such as incorrect ordering, the return shipping will be your responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds will be processed excluding any original shipping fees (if applicable) within 7 days after receiving your returned package.
  • For exchanges, the new item(s) will be dispatched after receiving the returned package, with any price difference to be addressed.

Order Modifications/Cancellations If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the stage of order processing:

  • Before Shipment but Being Processed: Modifications are free for frame-only and accessories; a 10% fee applies to glasses with prescription/paid lenses.
  • After Shipment: A 30% cancellation fee applies to all items.

Important Information About Returns

  • Do not send your returns to the sender’s address on your package. Use only the address provided on the Return Shipping Label or the address provided by our Customer Service.
  • Ensure no non-Sunny Toys items are included in your return package. We are not responsible for returning those items.
  • After returning an item, please provide the tracking number to our Customer Service to expedite your return process.

About Sunny Toys Store Credit

  • Store credit is linked to your Sunny Toys account, allowing you to use credits for future purchases if you opt for store credit over a refund.
  • Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred back to the original payment method.

About Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Due to processing delays, it may take an additional 3-7 business days to process your refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used during the purchase or as store credit if the original card is unavailable.
